Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2019-20,2020-21,2021-22,2022-23 & 2023-24 (c) executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work: 1)Excavation/Murrum/Subgrade-2479.00 CUM, 2)BBM/SSM-169.00 CUM, 3)Plastering-2528.00 SQM, 4)Concrete(PCC/RCC)-416.00 CUM, 5)Steel-27.00 TONNE, 6)Flooring-639.00 SQM : Work Done Certificate
2 : Past Experience : Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.116.16 Lakhs, in previous five years. : Work Done Certificate
3 : Capabilities of Vendor : Each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/machinery for execution of the work.However as per Govt circular No.GO FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt 11-05-2022,this clause for owning key equipments for works costing upto Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per MORTH specification.Availability of Self loading mixer/Mechanical Cement Concrete Mixers with Weigh Batcher,Availability of Steel Centering plate of standard size ,Availability of Pin Vibrators ,Availability of Plate Vibrators,Availability by Tippers ,Availability by Water Tanker&Availability by Excavater. : Others -- Hire commitment Agreement ownership documents Lease Commitments Agreement Information in format-8
4 : Financial Status : Report on the financial standing of the Tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors report for the last five years : Others -- Auditors Report
5 : Financial Status : Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2024-25 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2024-25) : Others -- Information on the Letter Head of the tenderer
6 : Financial Status : Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate : Others -- Scanned Copy of ITC Certificate
7 : Financial Status : Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. 9 : Financial Status : Liquid Assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.77.44 Lakhs (Credit Lines or letter of credit or certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc., : Line of Credit
10 : Financial Status : To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.,2019-20,2020-21,2021-22,2022-23 & 2023-24 (a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.464.64 Lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) : Others -- Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover |
