The project involves the establishment of a 2x20MVA, 110/11kV substation at Hirekheda, along with the construction of a 110kV DC line on DC towers (LILO) extending from the existing 110kV Kanakagiri-Navali line to the new substation over a distance of 7.212 km. This includes the supply of all necessary materials and equipment, excluding the 11kV switchgear, as well as the erection, dismantling, civil works, testing, and commissioning of all materials and equipment.
