General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 2:
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
Condition 3:
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Condition 4:
Conditional tenders will not be accepted
Condition 5:
The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsibleand liable for those costs
Condition 6:
The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable
Condition 7:
The Employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning reasons
Condition 8:
Further particulars, if any, required by the bidder can be taken from the Ofce of The Chief Ofcer Gubbi during ofce hours on all working days
Condition 9:
Bidders should abide to all the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Bid Document attached
Condition 10:
Any statutory taxers will be deducted as per prevailing Government orders
